We are an established general engineering company operating in the Glen-Anil area of Durban. Our workshops are new and modern with 100% crane coverage up to a capacity of ten tonnes. We specialize mainly in steel fabrication although our machine shop is equipped with precision machinery.

  • Halliburton - 12 mild steel oil storage tanks made for export
  • Bagasse Dryers for animal feed plants in Swaziland & KwaZulu Natal
  • A Cane Tippler - exported to Mauritius

  • Bagasse Handling Conveyor & chute for UCL Dalton
  • Alpha / Holcium Cement Batching Plant - Rapid loading batching plant.
  • A bagacillo\bagasse drying plant (capacity 3000kg of moisture removed per hour for Royal Swaziland Sugar Corporation and 600kg capacity for Tongaat-Hulett Sugar.)
  • Concrete batching plants for:
    Ready Mixed Concrete - Clairwood, Ottawa, Park Rynie, Pietermaritzburg, Phoenix, Port Shepstone and Richards Bay. Citimix - Peters Road and Phoenix. Durban Mixed Concrete - Peters Road and Pinetown.
  • Structural steelwork, cyclone and ducting for the Depither at Tongaat-Hulett Sugar, Darnall Mill.
  • Material handling equipment for Greystones Enterprises and Greystones Cargo Systems. The latest contract being for bulk maize handling equipment and four large grab hoppers for Durban Harbour.
  • High speed plant mixers for A.E.C.I. Paints, Umbogintwini.
  • Hydropulper - the tub was built and installed in Sappi, Mandini under license to Black & Clanson, England through their local agents, Tate & Lyle.
  • Rotary drier drum (3.00 metre diameter x 12.00 metre long) for Tongaat-Hulett Sugar - ex Voermol Feeds.
  • D.S.M screens and washing equipment for the sugar division of Techserve.
  • All types of conveyors including shaftless screws.
  • Three 43 cu. metre strike receivers for Mhlume Sugar refinery extension in Swaziland and 90 cubic metre "C" receiver for Bosch & Associates.
  • A large vertical crystalliser for Elgins which was exported to Guadeloupe, West Indies.
  • Heat exchangers for Caltex, L.M.P Island View.
  • Reheater for Sapref through DB Thermal.
  • Various pressure vessels for the sugar mills and pipework.
  • Umgeni Water - sludge silo and conveyors (Hammersdale) and thickener (Hazelmere), water treatment plants.
  • Furnace repairs and dust extraction equipment for Feralloys.
 

Most of the above work included client or third party inspection and were manufactured to relevant S.A.B.S or British standards. Our independent third party inspectors are Natal Inspection Services. All our work is carried our in accordance with ISO9002. For reference please contact the following:
